How to promote supporter fundraising

This document is only applicable to charity users

When you realise the great number of benefits of supporter fundraising, you'll want to get started immediately. Use this guide to find out how to share template links with your supporters & encourage them to create their own pages for your charity.

Your Templates

If you've upgraded, modified or designed a template, you can invite your supporters to create their own fundraising pages with your designs.

To do this, you will need to:

  • Login to your charity account
  • Navigate to Templates
  • Click on the template you want to share with your supporters
  • Enable supporter fundraising on your template. This includes writing a short description to encourage your supporters to create a page, and optionally creating default settings (eg. branding) to save your supporters time.
  • Share your template web address with your supporters

Built-in Templates

Your supporters can also choose any template from our library to create a fundraising page for your charity.

If you want to promote a specific template to your supporters:

  • Login to your charity account
  • Navigate to Templates
  • Click on the template you want to promote
  • Copy the address in 'Fundraising Invitation'
  • Share this address with your supporters by email or social media
Fundraising Invitation link
When you are logged in to your Charity Account, the Fundraising Invitation link is displayed below the template description on all templates in the library. Share this link with your supporters to invite them to fundraise for you.

This address will take your supporters directly to your chosen template. When they create a fundraising page using this address, your charity will be automatically selected as the beneficiary.
